About Maria Arnone

Maria Arnone provides executive coaching to global clients in Media/Entertainment, Financial Services, Creative Services and Technology.  With over a decade of experience coaching leaders of Fortune 100 companies, Maria’s work focuses on high performers and the challenges that drive them and their organizations toward achieving exceptional goals. She often is involved with forging productive relationships with discordant executives.

Prior to dedicating herself to executive coaching, Maria co-founded the MSP Institute, a global education and research organization specializing in designing business simulations to develop leadership skills. MSP’s groundbreaking products were used to train leaders in a number of diverse organizations including The Center for Creative Leadership, American Express, Citigroup, Polo/Ralph Lauren Ltd., The New York Stock Exchange, and The Defense Systems Management College.  MSP’s leadership simulations have since gained widespread acceptance by a broad range of organizations as a way to enhance the leadership skills of their top performers.

Maria’s work in leadership simulations led to a passionate involvement with the unique challenges faced by high performers in competitive industries. Executive coaching was often a by-product of the experience in facilitating professional development via leadership simulations.
